No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites (Low Sugar)

Servings 12 bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup oat flour or almond flour
  • 1 –2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener optional
  • 1 –2 tbsp milk or almond milk as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough forms.
  • Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
